Dr Allan Le Roux has years of service with Premier Gold Global since 1996 after his own group operations was taken over and incorporated within Premier Gold Global.
Doctor Business Administration (DBA) (Cum Laude), Thesis was done in the International Organizational Restructuring for Wealth Protection with Financial and Tax Benefits, Master of Business administration (MBA) (Cum Laude), Bachelor of Science in Manufacturing (Cum Laude), Bachelor of Science in Engineering (Cum Laude), Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering (Cum Laude), Bachelor of Science in Electronic Engineering (Cum Laude)
He was selected to join the independent main board of directors of Premier Gold Worldwide in January 2012 and was elected as the Chairman in October 2013. He is no stranger to the boardroom and started to serve as a director on various companies at the age of 26. He served as a director of various multinationals.
He has extensive experience in international senior executive management, legal matters with cross-border litigation matters, international financial matters including the primary and secondary financial sector and operational matters. Extensive experience especially in the primary banking sector, secondary banking sector, corporate group structuring and re-structuring, merger & acquisitions, group and company statutory matters, investment strategies and adviser, asset management, capital management, securities management, commodity and mining, placement of private capital for selective high-profile families, trading with stock exchanges such as London and New York.
He designed various investment strategies for Premier Gold Global Investment Fund and Dr Allan Le Roux serves as the Principal.
His principles are based on integrity, trust, honesty, accountability and compliance. He is a member of the main board of directors of Premier Gold Global and serves as chairman of the Executive Committee.
